It will be good to know:

• Basic information about the project, property, and your familiarity with remodeling projects
• What are the goals you’d like to accomplish with this project

Next, we’ll want to know more about the space itself and how involved the project will be. We generally group these into 3 categories:

• Cosmetic Remodeling – usually includes painting, adding new fixtures, scraping textured ceilings, other cosmetic types of services.
• Intermediate Remodeling - Tub to shower conversions, putting in new vanity, cabinetry, or countertops.
• Total Renovation – Applies to spaces where there will be major changes taking place, changes to layout, structure, etc.

At this point in our process, we’re more familiar with the project and your goals and can give you a budgetary price range. This lets our customers know what their project can potentially cost. The budgetary price range number can vary depending on the level of renovation. Budgetary price range does not reflect the final cost of the project, so keep that in mind!

Once the budgetary price range is accepted, we now move onto our exact estimate process.

We offer 3 levels of estimates

• Basic - A simple estimate (usually for fences or handyman type work) would include full description of work to be completed, type of material used, time frame for completion of work, and a payment schedule. The cost of the estimate is $150.00 and will be billed once the estimate is prepared and ready for delivery.
• Standard - More complex (usually basement finishing type work where there are other trades involved) would include full description of work to be completed, types of materials used, any scheduling and meeting with other trades needed to complete estimate, time frame for completion of work, and a payment schedule. Standard estimates are $300.00 and will be billed once the estimate is prepared and ready for delivery.
• Concierge - 4 hours scheduled for Zach to meet you at the different supply houses to pick out material (usually bathroom and kitchen remodels where there are a lot of product decisions that need to be made) would include full description of work to be completed, types of materials used, any scheduling and meeting with other trades needed to complete estimate, any PDFs of applicable product descriptions, time frame for completion of work, and a payment schedule. Cost for this estimate is $600.00 and is billed once the estimate is prepared and ready for delivery.

All estimates are delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving payment. The cost of the exact estimate is deducted from the project. Exact estimating can be very time-consuming and intensive, so we appreciate our customers' understanding of this.
